We have been hunting for a tea tasting journal for some time...and we finally found the perfect one!
Meticulously artisan crafted, these beauties feature a waxed canvas cover made with local beeswax that is then sun baked to create a rugged, water resistant fabric that looks a bit like leather and smells of honey.
Measures 4" x 5" for easy transportation in a pocket or purse. Includes an elastic band closure. Catherine Douzel quote on first page: "Each cup of tea represents an imaginary voyage."
Each page has a place to record one tasting experience:
• Prompts to record the tea's origin, type, grade, appearance, as well as brewing notes
• Rate your brew on a 1 to 5 point tea cup scale
• Room for 50 teas and pages in the back for extra notes
